Brooklyn Photoshoot Ideas | Gettin' Groovy Satisfying a Need for Sparkles

Don’t know where to shoot? Brooklyn has so many hidden jems! Here is an article to get your wheels turning on where you may want to start a photoshoot.
When it comes to a photoshoot you don’t need a reason to put on something that stands out. Whether that literally means something that is not solid black, white, or grey, you do you when it comes to a comfort zone. Or it could mean putting on something that is bright yellow, tulle, or showing some skin, go where your inner confidence is beaming.

Affordable Luxury Finishing Touch | Throw a Broach on It

We all love to hate outfit repeating on Social Media these days. That goes for accessories too. Some people may think that a designer logo broach is garish, but I am all for it as an investment piece and subtle touch of luxury. Whether you are the type of person to put your designer logo on blast or not, there are various broaches to fill all of your necessary requirements.

When you see someone on Instagram taking photos in multiple outfits on their stories, do you ever wonder where they are changing into these looks? Where are they putting all of the their outfit changes, and how are they carrying all of this stuff around? Ever wonder what time of day they are taking these pictures to have no one in the background?
The realities of changing looks during a shoot is actually a hassled mess. It’s changing in public bathrooms, a pop-up changing tent (what Shelly uses and carries around for us), changing in cars, or even changing in the wide open streets. I’ve done all of these except for change in a car, but a lot of people and influencers have to do this during NYFW.

Running through Seaport District| Morgan Stewart Sport| Surprise your Tastebuds 310 Nutrition Chai

I could never get myself to go running through the streets of Manhattan regularly- even though I consider myself a long-distance runner. In my mind, a flashback of an episode of RHONY comes to mind when I think of a true New Yorker in their element working out- the Real Housewife of New York (only for 2 seasons) Kelly Killoren-Bensimon, in her debut episode running through- wait no, weaving through yellow taxis outside. To me, that is just actually terrifying knowing how aggressive traffic is in NYC and how no one even pays attention even when they are walking. A shoulder shove from a texting walker vs a car wheel rolling over your foot is a very big difference. I went running by the water and through Central Park a few times, but you would never catch me running through traffic.
Being a Bravo stan, you very well know that I have watched pretty much every show. But, let’s not forget the other reality TV favorite, E! Network. After watching Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, I have been following Morgan Stewart. When I saw her collection with LA Collective: Morgan Stewart Sport, I knew I wanted to try it out. The seamless workout sets were too cute and something that I didn’t already own. I purchased the Andy Set in “Popstar Pink.”

  • I’m on Hearst Tower! With @Trench

@Trench an online clothing swap app. Trench solves this with their app. The currency is diamonds instead of dollars, and you can swap clothing with diamonds, just pay shipping. This allows you to swap clothes in the sense that you are getting another clothing item that is the same value as what you sold. Vs the typical scenario of selling something on Poshmark for $10.00 that you originally paid $50.00 for.
