Across New York City and Brooklyn you will find an oasis of eco-friendly and sustainable clothing stores, groups, and restaurants. As an evening event, we headed to the Package Free shop in Brooklyn for the #BonnieWrightXFairHarbor Collab.

Bonnie has turned her love of film making into an exciting journey that has also led her to become an entrepreneur/designer. On her quest to make a film about our earth, she collaborated with an eco-friendly brand. Fair Harbor is where you can find her swimsuit collection collaboration that is taking conscious clothing to a whole new level.
Can you believe that these swimsuits are made of water bottles?

We spent the night sipping on Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon, and nibbling on sushi from Beyond Sushi NYC. Bonnie as well as her business parters gave a small speech and then it was time try on some swimsuits. Here is an article by The Hollywood Reporter noting the night as well. You can see my friend Bethany in the overhead view shot!

Fair Harbor
Fair Harbor has done a handful of collaborations in the past – 1 Hotels, UnTuckit, Whalebone, and Up West. What was fun about this collaboration was the fact that Fair Harbor usually only sells men’s apparel. This collection brought together Bonnie’s love of Japanese indigo dying as it brought out such unique patterns amongst the blues and reds for a truly unique swimsuit.
Unfortunately her collaboration collection was just a capsule that was sold in pop-ups and is not available still online, but here are some other eco-friendly swimsuits to shop according to Harpers Bazaar | Their stamp of approval on these environmentally friendly brands
