Brit + Co NYC Pop Up

Go back to the days of being twelve years old, and having a slumber party with five of your closest friends. Splashes of pink are everywhere, there are snacks, nail painting, and games. Now imagine that sleepover at the age of twenty, with a little twist. Bri + Co made an AMAZING (AND VERY PINK) Pop up sleepover-esque experience in Soho this October.

The whole place was “Doing the Most” with: Free massages from Zeel, manicures, hair and makeup, tequila based drinks from Don Julio, ice cream from talenti, tattoos from tattly, cards to hand write for a friend by Mixbook, DIY puff ball earrings, coffee samples, a wall of guitars, arcade games, rooms filled with themes for photo opps, a seating area with clouds, mini cupcakes by Baked by Melissa, and a giant screen playing Mean Girls.

So what exactly is Brit + Co? If you are not 200% familiar with it, there is a large chance you’ve read one of their articles, or past some of their crafting/ stationary products in Target without even realizing it! Brit + Co was started by Brit Morin in San Francisco back in 2011. Now, across all social platforms they reach over 125 million people (Brit + Co, 2017). The site’s main demographic is women, but the content is relevant to basically anyone that enjoys health and wellness, DIY, and the color pink. Their content is across all social media platforms, give it a look!

The creativity behind every room was just amazing. Kid you not I took almost 200 photos the night of the pop up, just wanting to capture it all.
